I don't know from which board you belong and therefore i can't write your letter pattern. But the body can be as follows-
"All work and no play makes jack a dull boy". Round the clock studies and work without any form of recreation makes people weary. And this weariness affects their lifestyle. Therefore, their is a must need of parks in our town. In this pollution filled environment their is a strict need of planting more trees and reducing global warming. And therefore we must not make green belts disappear from our town so tht their appears a tym when we hv to carry oxygen masks with ourselves.

Thnkuu..
Hope i helped you

Subject- Letter concerning the fast disappearing of green belts and parks in my town.

Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority about the issue of fast disappearing of green belts and parks in my town. The green belts are cleared and the construction of the housing and shopping complexes are prevailing. This has become one of the reasons for the increase in the level of carbon dioxide which later becomes a reason for global warming.

Hence, it is the need of the hour to look into the issue and find alternatives to them. I hope that through your newspaper the issue would be considered and looked upon as soon as possible.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours truly
