CHILD LABOUR

For children in Britain, or any other developed countries, it is easy to forget that in some parts of the world, children don't go to school. In such country education is luxury that only rich can afford and children are expected to work instead.

The reasons for children labour are simple to understand a combination of poverty and a lack of schools means that children must spend their time contributing to their family's income. This is most common rural and city slams areas of proper countries. The politicians and the authorities there do not have the means to ensure that all children are able to go to school.

In the rural areas the lack of a local free schools will make it harder for parents to educate their children. If the nearest school is some distance away , the cost of the journey there and back may be too great.
