Letter to muncipal corporation not to disturb the park while converting park into a shopping mall

I am writing this letter to request you for not disturb the park of this area for the construction of mall. This park is nearest to our homes and we can spend some quality time with our children. All kids enjoy here playing and if the park will be broken down there is no place for small kids to play. Please I request you to find some other place or other government property for the construction of mall.
