Subject : Need of cleanliness in the colony
Dear Sir / Mam ,
I , a respected member of the Shahanagar colony am writing this letter to bring under your notice that the surroundings of the community are really bad in terms of cleanliness . Garbage disposal system needs a drastic change and also the same with the disposal vans . Rarely any garbage truck comes in a week causing a lot of inconvince in terms of foul odour , insects , diseases and many .
We hope that you will look into our problem and will help us to get out of this soon .
