This is to inform you that on ____________ (Date), I boarded the train at ____________ (Place) from ____________ (Place), namely Inter-city Express coach No ____________, the lower berth No. ____________. I was carrying a briefcase and a suitcase. Both of them were locked to the berth, but when I got up around ____________ (Time), to go to the toilet, I found my briefcase missing.
