Subject: Prayer for hanging some electric fans in the classroom.

 

Dear Sir

 

We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that our college is a tin shed building. The classrooms are also not so spacious. But there are many students in every class. During the summer the rooms become very hot and suffocating.

 

Besides, there is no electric fan in any of the rooms. So, it is almost impossible to attend the classes during the summer season. Only hanging a few electric fans in the classrooms can relieve the students from this inconvenience.

 

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to repair the ceiling fan of classroom.
