Sir,

Most humbly I beg to state that I am a student of Class VI 'A' in your school. I opted for Sanskrit instead of Hindi as optional. However, I studied it for a couple of weeks and found that I am not able to understand the subject well. It seems very difficult for me. I will not be able to get good marks in the subject. Besides, I belong to a poor family. I cannot afford to engage a tutor in Sanskrit.

I, therefore, request you to kindly change my subject from Sanskrit to Hindi. I have also sought permission from the subject teachers and they have granted me permission. They do not have any objections.

For this favour of yours, I shall ever remain grateful to you.

Yours obediently,

Subject : Letter to change additional subject.

Respected Sir,
I am Ayushi Vastrakar, a student of class XI A of your school.
I opted for the combination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science in the Science stream.
Unfortunately, I am unable to cope up with all four subjects and would request you to change my additional subject of Computer Science to Physical education.
This would allow me to greater time to concentrate on PCM and do well in theses subjects.
I assure you of covering the course already completed in Physical Education.

Thanking You

Yours Sincerely

Ayushi Vastrakar
