Dear Sir,
I was recently transferred to New Delhi by my office, and I would like to have a landline connection at my residence.

I am enclosing the filled in application form with the required document and check for Rs 2500 for Account Officer, BSNL, New Delhi herewith.

Kindly arrange to install the landline phone at my residence at the earliest.
