Dear Sir,
                                       Sub: Lack of Cleanliness
It is to bring to your kind notice that we the residents of Azad Nagar, Noida, Sector -11, Near  Hanuman Chowk, are severely suffering from lack of cleanliness in the entire locality, which has led to rampant rise in vector borne diseases. I a week 12 people have been reported to the hospital, being diagnosed of Dengu, Jaundice and also Typhoid fever. It is important to bring to your kind notice sir, that the municipality has failed in doing it's job, and wreckless dumping of  waste has given rise to such diseases.
I not only blame the municipality, but strongly believe that 'Cleanliness begins at home', an hence through your newspaper we wish you to raise an awareness highlighting the scenario of the area, so that people also come forward to participate in cleanliness drives, or at least strive to keep their, and their respective neighbourhood clean.
Sir, we are counting on you to take up this cause, so that our area is free of the dirt and the diseases do not turn into an major epidemic .

Hope it helps

Respected Sir,

Subject: Lack of cleanliness in my neighbourhood.

As you are aware, dirty surroundings can lead to sickness and many other problems. Flies and mosquitoes which carry disease causing germs breed in dirty places. Diseases like malaria are caused due to mosquito bites. Flies transfer pathogens to the food on which they sit which causes diseases.

The Swachch Bharat Abhiyan or Clean India Campaign has been taken up to create a clean India. It aims to provide proper sanitation and keep the country clean and beautiful.

Unfortunately, the people in my neighbourhood are not making any efforts to keep the place clean. In fact, they are so careless about cleanliness that garbage and waste are lying scattered all over the place. The surroundings are not only dirty, the air is polluted and carries a bad smell.

All this has a negative impact on the lives and minds of the people living in the area. I will be very grateful to you if you could do something to save us from these unhygienic conditions which are not conducive to a healthy life.

Thanking You

Yours Sincerely

Ashok
