LETTER TO THE EDITOR

You are Khushi/Tanishk staying at 42 Ramesh Nagar New Delhi. You are disturbed to see that a

beautiful park in your area has been converted into a dumping ground by the builders of the construction

sites. The labourers throw all the debris in that park. With the result children are not able to play and

people cannot take morning or evening walk. Despite several complaints to the authorities by RWA

(Residents Welfare Association) no action has been taken so far. As a responsible citizen write a letter to the

editor of ‘The Times of India’, Delhi showing your concern and divert the attention of the concerned

authorities towards it.

Subject - The chronic condition of community park.

Dear Sir ,

I'll be obliged to find space in your esteemed newspaper to share my view on the subject mentioned above .

Few months earlier the condition of colony park was fine it was used by the children's for playing games and by the old age peoples for their exercises and gossiping. But just few months back construction of a new building near the park has started and the builders use this place for dumping their waste , because of which the condition of park is now ramshackled . In the park there is everywhere only large stones , waste building material and debris . There is no proper space left for even sitting in the park . The flowers and grass bed of the park is ruined. Now the children have place left for playing, the age people are not able to spend their time with their friends.

A lot has been written to the officials to deal with the problem . Unfortunately no action has been taken yet . Through your esteemed newspaper I would like to urge the builders as well as officers to look into the matter and take effective steps.

Thanking you

Sincerely yours

Khushi

Subject - careless use of the park resulted into ruining its usefulness.

Respected sir ,

I seek to bring the notice of the concerned authority towards the malposition of the community park . Which is happen due to the careless use of the park by the builders , building near by . They use the park as a dumping area for the debris leftover in the building. Now there is no place for the childrens and other people where they can spend their spare time along with the natural beauty. Due to this the children started playing on the roads which is a issue of concern. A load has been returned to the concerned authorities by the member of rwd but no steps have been taken care for resolving this issue. I through the column of your newspaper request the concerned authority to take effective steps in way to resolve the problem .

Thanking you

Yours faithfully
