Subject: A report on the presence of suspicious men.

Sir,

I am writing to you to report the presence of some suspicious men in this locality. These people have guns and shootings were. These people are not residents of the colony. Because of their presence, the residents here are feeling insecure and frightened.

Therefore, I most humbly request you to look into the matter and ascertain the identity of these people and find out their purpose of coming to this particular locality every day.

I shall remain ever grateful to you for an early action.
