To,

The Station House Officer,

72-F, Garden Town, City

Respected Sir,

It is to bring into your kind notice that I am a student of Government High School located at Model Town, City. The mentioned school lies in the area that falls under the jurisdiction of your good office. Sir, I belong to a humble background. My father cannot afford to pay for my monthly transportation by bus; therefore, he bought me a bicycle to ride between my school and house.

Today, an unfortunate incident took place as the bicycle that I parked at my school cycle stand was stolen. I searched for it a lot but could not find it. I have, also, reported the sad incident to the school authorities. Sir, it is my humble request that a complaint of my cycle theft must be lodged at your police station and an immediate effort to find the culprit should be made. It is a matter concerning my education and future; therefore, I expect that you will take quick necessary action on this complaint.

I shall be grateful to you in this regard

Yours Truly

Subject: Theft of my bicycle

Sir:

Regretfully I wish to bring it to your notice that I had parked my bicycle at the stand on January 4, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. as usual. I am a daily commuter. I study at DAV College in the neighboring city. However, when I returned from the college to take my bicycle, to my shock it was not there. I had locked it and the key is still with me. I also have the parking ticket with me. Kindly look into the matter and help me locate my bicycle. There is CCTV camera at the stand, kindly check the recording to locate the culprit. I shall be grateful.

Yours truly,

Sumit Avasthi
