Subject: Theft at my house

Sir:

I am writing to bring to your notice that my house was burgled last night January (11, 2019 at around 2:00 a.m.) and valuable house articles worth many thousand were stolen. Actually, I along with my entire family had gone to attend a wedding function, and when we returned, we found everything littered on the floor. The front window had been broken.

There are many CCTVs in our lane. You can have the recordings checked for proof. I appeal to you to nab the culprits. I also want the thieves to be brought to justice.  I shall be exceedingly grateful.

Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Mohit Khatri
