                           Sub.- Complaining about the misbehaviour of the canteen employees with the students.

Respected Madam/Sir,

           Most humbly, I XYZ of class (say IX - A) of your school on behalf of all the students of the school am willing to appraise that the employees of the canteen of our school are regularly misbehaving with all the students of our school. They have recently became mannerless and too very rough to all of us.

           I therefore fervently pray to you to kindly ponder over this problem and draw some solution out of this before the situation becomes out of control.
