With due respect, I, XYZ, the student of standard 6, section 'B' of your school want to beg to you to allow me to skip the half-yearly examination as I'm down with jaundice. The report of the blood test came out yesterday which shows that I'm suffering from jaundice. The doctor has asked me to take bed rest for a month. I would be unable to come to the school and also to give my exams. I've attached the doctor's prescription along with the application. I hope that you'll consider my request.
