Liberalism thought has been a mutable thought

• Liberalism is a political and moral viewpoint based on liberty, consent of the overseen before the law.

• Liberalism became a separate movement in the Age of Enlightenment when it became prevalent among Western philosophers and economists. Liberalism required replacing the norms of hereditary privilege, state religion, and absolute monarchy, the heavenly right of kings and traditional traditionalism with representative democracy and the rule of law.

• Thoughts of liberalism change over time so these are considered as mutable thoughts and liberalism thoughts have been a mutable thought.
