The term liberty or freedom doesn't mean unlimited freedom because it states the ability of an individual to do anything one desires, provided others' freedom is not hampered.

Any individual can take advantage of this but he or she should ensure that their freedom is not harming any other individual. Freedom can be utilised without harming any living creature physically or mentally. For example An individual can consider harming any animal a part of his freedom, however, it is a part of animal abuse.
