The sound of the snap itself does not come from the act of your thumb and finger rubbing together. Here's what happens: The finger is pushed against the thumb, which acts as a brake, and when this brake is released the finger rushes to and “snaps” against the palm. Also, if your other fingers (the ones further from the thumb) are resting against your palm at the time of the snap, there is a small hollow opening between those fingers and your palm which amplifies the sound of the snap.
The snap is an impact between a fast-moving finger and the palm after the thumb moves out the way. Therefore, unless you have deformed fingers or no palm or skin/tissue made out of a highly acoustically absorptive material, you should be able to snap just fine.

Yes i completely agree to the above statement because nowadays we do not do any physical work as we were doing earlier like we used to go to the market for shopping ,paying cash and recieving and also for purchasing anything we used to go outside and work but now we are provided with online facitities and everything can be purchased , payments can be recieved and we can buy anything with just one click of finger by online facilities provided to us.Therefore we can say that Life is not run, just a click of finger.
