per capita income does not reflect the standard of living of the people . per capita income is an average and this average cannot express the real economic conditions of the people if the increased national income goes to the few hands

instead of giving to many poor ,the country will have high Per capita income but not everyone will have the same economic conditions . thus we can say that per capita income does not reflect the real economic conditions.
