Lilly always eats only dal and rice regular and often falls ill and has because prone to disease. can you suggest change in the diet which can make her healthy and free from diseases? ​

Whereas rice is the rich source of carbohydrates and dal, egg and meat are the rich sources of protein which provide energy and framework to the body.

For proper functioning body need vitamins, mineral and antioxidants with carbohydrates and protein.
