We know that,

\bold{\lim_{x \to \infty} \frac{1}{x^{2}}=0}

Now,

\bold{\lim_{x \to \infty} \dfrac{3x^{2}-4x+5}{12x^{2}+x+3}}

\bold{=\lim_{x \to \infty} \dfrac{3-\frac{4}{x}+\frac{5}{x^{2}}}{12+\frac{1}{x}+\frac{3}{x^{2}}}}

\bold{=\frac{3}{12}}

\bold{=\frac{1}{4}}
