Heyaa folk,
CaCO3 = Lime Water (Calcium Carbonate.
CaO = Calcium Oxide.
CO2 = Carbon Dioxide.
We can write the equation as,
CaO + CO2 ➞ CaCO3
i.e. Carbon Dioxide added with Calcium Oxide gives Lime water means Calcium Carbonate.
It turns milky i.e. calcium's properties started to applying it. (To the solution).
As the calcium oxide looks like the milk. (white in colour).
Hope it helps u :)
