Despite of the fact that the management accounting is very useful for the business concern, still it has got certain limitations which are-
1. Limitations of cost and financial accounting systems.
2. Persistence of intuitive decision making.
3. Very wide scope.
4. Very costly.
5. It invites opposition from within the organization.
6. It is a comparatively new discipline and still in the process of development.
7. Personal prejudices and bias.
8. Psychological resistance.
