Apart, well, the constitution limits the powers of the government by following ways-it sets certain laws and regulations which evryone has to abide by.it has independent bodies which are free from any sort of upper pressure.it has made 3 important bodies called-legislative,executive and judiciary.every government body has its head which prevents it from taking any wrong action.controller and auditor general as well as election commission are bodies that are independent of taking any decision.power is also limited by punishing the one who does not get abide by the rules.these were some of the limitations that the indian constitution execute to limit the powers of the indian government.
