Step-by-step explanation:

Explain Lines Parallel to the Same Line ?

Ans. Any number of parallel lines can be drawn in reference to a given line.

See attached figure 2.

Let say KL is a reference line and all others are lines parallel to it.

Explain Angle Sum Property of a Triangle ?

Ans: To prove the angle sum property of triangle,

  • Draw two parallel lines.See fig1
  • Draw to lines which intersects these two parallel lines in order to foam a triangle.
  • Using properties of || lines and transversal.
  • We know that angle 1 and angle 2 are alternative interior angles, thus \angle 1=\angle 2. Here just see two parallel lines and transversal passing through CB.
  • By the same way \angle 3=\angle 4. Here just see two parallel lines and transversal passing through DB.
  • We know that all the angles made on a line adds to 180°. So, \angle 1+\angle5+\angle 3=180°.
  • From above two points, we can write \angle 2+\angle5+\angle 4=180°.
  • \angle 2,\angle5\:and\:\angle 4are the interior angles of triangle BCD.

Thus, one can prove that sum of internal angles of triangle is 180°,using parallel lines and transversal.

Hope it helps you.
