Yes its true bro
Because,if we put the value of x=1,y=1 in eq.
X+2y=3,then
1+2*1=3 its true
And
3x-y=2,then
3*1-1=2. Its also true
And also in
7x+y=8,then
7*1+1=8 its also true
Hence,the lines will be concurrent at point(1,1).
