Manure is an organic matter which helps in providing soil fertility and also a small quantity of nutrients. Whereas , fertilizers are scientifically man - made plant nutrients providers. Manure provides soil structure and nutrients whereas fertilizers only provide nutrients and even that is mainly nitrogen, potassium and phosphorous. Manure can also be used in excess and wont ruin or destroy anything whereas fertilizers used in excess will cause water pollution or ruin the soil fertility.
