1) Plant cells have a rigid wall on the outside (the cell wall). Therefore, involving in the phenomenon of osmosis to maintain turgidity or attain flaccidity if in higher amounts of concentration.
1) A cell wall is completely absent in an animal cell, so, if placed in a concentrated solution it will shrink and dissolve quickly through the mean set of single cell membrane.

2) The plant cells have a definite form and a properly mainataied structure.
2) The animal cells do not have a definite form or it is less commonly seen that it has a proper structure.

3) The plant cells are definelty larger in size up to its comparison to animal cell.
3) The animal cells are comparatively smaller in size when compared to plant cells.

4) The plantcells cannot change its shape in accords to its cell wall.
4) An animal can easily and most oftenly change its shape in accords to not having a cell wall.

5) The plant cells cannot change its position or move about its own.
5) The animal cells can change their position or move about on its own.

6) Plastids are common in the plant cells as they are found in abundance.
6) Plastids are not found in the animal cells.

7) Plant cells, when, exposed to the advent of sunlight possesses chlorophyll containing plastids called chromoplasts.
7) Chlorophyll is completely absent in the animal cells.

8) A mature plant cell will often have a large central vacuole for food and nutrient transformation.
8) An animal cell may or may not have large vacuoles, but, can have many tiny small vacuoles.

9) Nucles are lying on one side in the peripheral cytoplasm due to the influence of central vacuole of plant cells.
9) Nucleus, in most of the cases, lie in the centre of an animal cell.

10) Nucleus are elliptical in their own shape, in plant cells.
10) Nucleus when presented in shape are usually rounded, in animal cells.
