Blended fabrics are created by mixing two or more different kinds of fibres to create a new fabric with unique properties.

Polyster and cotton : It combines the properties of natural and synthetic fibres and is one of the most common blended fabrics.

Elastane (spandex) and cotton : Elastane which is stretchy and durable is mixed with cotton.

Wool and polyster : Wool is warm and polyster adds strength to the fabric.

Linen and silk : Linen creases easily but silk does not. So when they are mixed together the garment does not crease easily.

Cotton, polyster, and viscose : Viscose is semi synthetic, it is derived from bamboo. So this type of fabric has the benefits of polyster and cotton with the added silkiness and drape of viscose.
