Answer:

Most of the Indian school going children belong to rural areas of India. A survey report shows that even though the number of rural students attending schools is increasing, but more than half of the students in fifth grade are unable to read a below-slandered textbook and are not able to solve simple arithmetical problems.

Moreover, the level of math and reading is further deteriorating. Though efforts are being made, they are not in the right way. The reason cited for this problem is the increasing number of the single classroom to educate students from more than one grade. In some states, the attendance of teachers and students is very poor.

These are a few reasons why schools have failed to educate rural students of  India. Rural road conditions are also very bad shaped and in the rainy season become worst. Both boy and have to travel a long distance to reach school during the entire season with much hardship.
