The four characteristics of the image are - Image location of the image behind the mirror, upright image, image is magnified and the image is a virtual image.

In this problem we use concave lens and locate the object beyond the focal point, in that case, regardless of exactly where in front of F the object is located, the image will always be located behind the mirror. In this case, the image will be an upright image.

In this case, the dimensions of the image is always greater than the object dimensions. we can say that the dimension of the image in this case is greater than 6 cm (object height). so we get a magnified image.

Finally, the image is a virtual image. Light rays from the same point on the object reflect off the mirror and diverge upon reflection. For this reason, the image location can only be found by extending the reflected rays backwards beyond the mirror. The point of their intersection is the virtual image location.
