Pepsin is an enzyme which acts only in acidic medium ,trypsine is an enzyme which acts in alkaline medium. pepsin is secreted by gastric juice, trypsin secreted by pancreatic juice.

Pepsin is an protein digesting enzyme which is secreted by gastric glands of stomach whereas trypsin is also an protein digesting enzyme that is secreted by pancreas .....
