Advantages:
--->They are easy to work and warm up quickly in spring so you can get your season off to a flying start. The texture and fertility can be improved by adding rich organic matter

they are less fertility, extra irrigation needed.
Alluvial soils:

Very fertile, well aerate
--->Disadvantages:
they becomes water-logged.
Regur soil:
--->Advantages:
retains water well, very fertile
--->Disadvantages-
can become water-logged in winters, becomes very dry in summer, less aerated in dry seasons.
