1. Attorney General of India has the right of audience in all Courts in the territory of India. 2. He has the right to speak and to take part in the proceedings of both the Houses of the Parliament (or) their joint sitting but without a right to vote.

2. A Money Bill refers to a draft law introduced in Lok Sabha. The Bill deals with issues such as receipt and spending of money, such as tax laws, laws governing borrowing and expenditure of the government, prevention of black money etc. Instead of being a separate Bill in itself, a money bill is more like a category.
