list the factors inhibiting the process of perseverance
Answers
Answer:
Bad habits and negative factors in life can both limit our perseverance. Bad habits, such as watching TV while you eat, or sleeping even when not tired instead of taking a walk to get in much needed exercise are just two ways in which simple actions can deeply affect the ways in which you grow and develop as a human being, including the ability to meet your goals. Negative factors include but are not limited to influencers such as people that may smoke cigarettes in your company when you are trying to give up. These all can cause you to steer away from your long-term goals and to seek temptation. You want to avoid these influencers and get rid of them in your life, because that may be a reason for you to say “Oh well, I give up” instead of persevering through. Therefore, try to cut out all and any bad habits and factors in your life as efficiently as possible.
Self-doubt and comparison are also extremely dangerous to our ability to persevere. Self-doubt is what we like to call a “silent killer”, in that when you think you are not capable of achieving something you have set out to do, and you don’t believe in yourself, it is extremely easy to find an excuse and give up, or not even try at all. When we experience feelings of self-doubt, this then leads us to compare ourselves to others. Another tragic mistake. When we start comparing ourselves to others, this only breaks down your morale even more, and can wreck havoc on your long-term goals. If we allow other people and negative incidents in our lives to drag us down and become focused and obsessed on a small incidents, such as failing a test, this will only halt your ability to continue trying and get back up again. Accept failure as it happens. Identify the contributing factors to this failure. Learn from these contributing factors and find a way to move forward and become successful in your own way.
