• Poverty: Due to poverty, parents are unable to send their children to school and involve them in work for earning money. This increases illiteracy and lead to social issue

• Inequality of rights: In India, still today a girl child is looked upon and brought up differently than a boy in many places. This leads to social inequalities and violence against women as they cannot stand up for their own rights.
