1] The pds dealers are sometimes found resorting to malpractices like diverting the grains to open market to get better margin, selling poor quality grains to ration shops, irregular opening of the shop , etc.

2] It is common to find pds dealers left with unsold stock of poor quality grains. This is a big problem now-days.
