Negative numbers can't have real number square roots, but negative numbers can have real number cube roots! What is the cube root of −8.. because . Remember, when you are multiplying an odd number of negative numbers, the result is negative..

because we know that if we multiply two negative numbers, the negative sign get cancelled but in cube of negative numbers we have to multiply three negative numbers in which two negative sign get cancelled and one negative sign still remain that's why cube of negative numbers is always negative.
