After the death of Alvardi Khan sirajuddaula became the next Nawab of Bangal. he protested against the British. he marched with 30,000 soldiers to the the English factory and locked the the warehouse and establish their control over the company. on hearing the news of the Fall of Calcutta, the company sent soldiers under the command Robert Clive ,finally in 1757, Robert Clive lead the company's Army against SirajuddaulahPlassey .In this Battle of Plassey Sirajuddaulah was defeated as one of his commander Mir jafar .he not fought the battle. because he had been promised by the British company to make Nawab of Bangal after crushing Sirajuddaulah.
