Differences: lysosomes have digestive enzymes (hydrolases) that break down substances to be digested into smaller molecules whereas peroxisomes contain enzymes that mainly break down long-chain fatty acids and amino acids, and which inactivate toxic agents including ethanol.
Lysosomes contain hydrolase. This is the component or enzyme that is responsible for digestion. Peroxisomes, on the other hand, contain three oxidative enzymes such as catalase, D-amino acid oxidase, and uric acid oxidase.

I can't tell similarities but surely I can tell dissimilarity
Peroxysome is present in inner folding of mitochondria which contains F0 and F1 particles.
The F0 particles undergoes kreb cycle and ETS to produce ATP ( ADENOSINE TRI PHOSPHATE )
Lysosome is a cell organelles which kills foreign particles by its powerful enzymes which is capable of degrading any foreign material. They are also called suicidal bag of the cell
