25 - 4 (2x - 1 ) > 25

25 - 8x + 4 > 25

-8x > 25 - 4 - 25

-8x > -4

x < -4/-8  ( greater than sign changes to less than because the value in the right hand side is being divided by a negative value from the left hand side)

x < 1/2 .................ANSWER
