1.Take a fresh leaf
2.Now take a peek from the leaf
3.Stain the peel with safranine solution
4.Wash the extra stain
5.Put a drop of glycerine on the peel
6.Put a cover slip by avoiding air bubbles
7.Remove the extra glycerine by filter paper
8.Now put the slide under microscope by focussing it properly
9.You can observe tiny pores called stomata
