Hey Mate

difference between arteries and veins

 Arteries :

*Arteries are thick-walled blood vessels.

*Arteries carry oxygenated blood except for pulmonary artery.

*Arteries are deep-seated.

*Arteries do not have valves in them.

Veins:

*Veins are thin-walled blood vessels.

*Veins carry deoxygenated blood except for pulmonary vein.

*Veins are located superficially.

*Veins have valves in them since they have to carry blood against the gravity.
