The three problems that arise due to construction of big dams are:

Social problems.
Solution:Needs of the injured or affected people should be fulfilled by the Government.

Economic problems.
Solution:Stop more construction of dams.

Environmental problems.
Solution:To plant more trees and  to stop deforestation.

The problems which arises due to construction of big dams are as follows: Three problems that arise due to construction of big dams: 

1. Construction of large dams will led to dislocation of people from that place. This is the social problem due to which the public is in opposition of the construction of the large dams. 

2. Submerging of flora and fauna is the environmental issue which occurs due to construction of dams. 

3. Moreover, a huge cost is required to construct the dams. So, social, economic as well as environment reasons are in opposition of construction of large dams.
The solutions for the problems are as follows: The displaced people from dam site should be rehabilitated by the government so that they can restart their life.
