The given observations should be paid attention to as to observe whether the given slideshows binary fission in Amoeba or not :

● presence of an irregular shape cell which will be the amoeba and elongation of its nucleus in order to divide and form two daughter cells from the large single celled parent cell.

● after the division of the nucleus, the division of the cytoplasm will take place and eventually the complete large cell of amoeba will divide into two separate daughter cells, creating its new progeny.

The list of observation is following - In the division; any single parent is divided to create 2 daughter cells.

The nucleus of any mature cell can be elongated and after that a grove can be formed in that cell and the nucleus gradually divides.

The cytoplasm divides and thus the 2 cells finally split away. As a result only two new organisms exist instead of the parent cell.
