Thanks for the question!

It is definitely a very interesting question to solve and do some brainstorming.

**************************************************

Koch's Postulates determine if a/an microscopic organism or a  microbe has the ability to cause a disease or not.

Koch's Original Postulates are:--
1. The bacterium must be present on-site of the disease.
2. The bacterium must be extracted/ isolated from the infected host & must be able to grow in pure-culture.
3.The specific disease must multiply when a pure culture of the considered bacterium is inoculated/injected into a healthy susceptible host of that particular disease.
4.The bacterium must be finally extractable/recoverable from the experimentally infected host under lab conditions.

Though there are some microbes which are obligate intracellular parasites (like chlamydia or viruses) which cannot be grown on artificial media.
For eg., For example, Helicobacter pylori, Chlamydia pneumoniae and Salmonella typhi did not satisfy Koch's postulates because initially there was no animal models on which experiments could be conducted, hence, the disease could also not be reproduced eventually.

Hope it helps and solves your query!!

List two organisms that do not obey Koch’s postulates.

Answer:

It is already widely accepted that some species of bacteria cause disease despite the fact that they do not fulfill Koch's Postulates since Mycobacterium leprae and Treponema pallidum, (which are implicated in leprosy, and syphilis respectively) cannot be grown in pure culture medium.
