list your unfavourable Vegetables and fruits. And also the vitamins we get from it and also what happen when we avoid those things...??

Eggplants - it is the rich sources of vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, and copper , and fibers.
If we will avoid it, it cause the skin problems , eye problems , digestion problems.

Ladyfinger - it is rich in the sources of sodium , potassium .
If we avoid we we can't get the energy for the body growth and cell repairing.
Tomatoes - vitamin K, vitamin C, minerals and potassium are good sources . if we avoid them we can't get the energy for skins cells repairing.


Fruit ( pineapple ) - it is the rich sources of vitamin B6 and vitamin C.
If we avoid them it will cause eye related problem ( we know for better eye sight , and to increase the glucose level in blood )

Oranges - these are good sources of lot of vitamin C , and fibers , minerals ,
These are known for the protection of body and good eye sight.

Strawberry - vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B, potassium and minerals are present in it

Good for skin care, and for cell repairing ( help in fighting with cancer)
