The dailogue is from Mahabharata, it is referring to the loud voice of Arjun's bow "Gandiva".Arjun is engaged in a voilent war n he is fighting by using that bow n it also refers to the club( i.e, a weapon that people used in ancient times) of Bheema (brikodara) ,he is moving his club through air n the weapon is producing a thunderous sound on being struck during the war.
