Li has 2 shells and Na has 3 shells. So Li is smaller than Na. Chlorine is smaller than S and have high nuclear force of attraction also called efeecvtrive nuclear charge. This results the increase in ability to gain electron.Atomic radius increases as we move down in a group. This is due the fact that lithium has two orbitals while sodium has four orbitals .Hence size of Na atom is bigger than that of Li .

Hope this help you
