yes this is true that living things are made up of cell and non living things are made up of atoms and molecules as cell is a basic structural and functional unit of a body which has to perform all the functions like reproduction, production of energy and many other functions.
while in non living things are made up of atoms and molecules which are not involved in performing any function as cell..
